Just a couple rules

  • We maintain our car wash to make it as safe as possible, but we do not maintain your vehicle or know its history. We are responsible for any damage caused by equipment malfunction or employee negligence. Damage caused for any other reason is the responsibility of the vehicle owner whom assumes all liability upon entering the wash. In the instance of driver error (driving into another vehicle for example) the offending vehicle will be liable for all damages.

  • We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for:

    • Antennas (includes telescoping, satellite, OnStar, or mobile phone), any loose parts, previous damages, spare tire covers, windshield cracks due to rock chip(s), customized lowered (suspension) automobiles and dually trucks, driver error

    • Non-Factory Installed Items or Accessories such as: Bug Guards, Visors, Spoilers, Decals, License Plates (incl. Covers and Frames), Rims that extend beyond the wheel well, Oversized Rims, Light or Tow Bars, Magnets, Hitch Covers, Luggage or Ski Racks, Running Boards, Damage to TPMS sensors with extensions

    The use of Okie Express Auto Wash facilities and services are voluntary and considered an agreement with an understanding of the facility liability policy stated. By purchasing a service and/or entering a vehicle into the facility, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions. Facility rules and policies are subject to change at any time without notice.
